Larry
Yonker
Strategic
Marketing, Organizational Development, Major Donor Programs
Larry’s
experience with major nonprofits and Fortune 100 corporations
gives him the skills and vision required to create successful
programs for fundraising, planned giving, donor relations,
major donors, marketing, and development activities.
A
former Executive Director of Development for Compassion,
where he worked for nearly a decade, Larry also worked for
16 years in the information technology industry, serving
as a Regional Director of the value-added marketing division
of Unisys. Long involved in the Christian Management Association
and the Christian Stewardship Association, Larry is also
an elder at New Life Church in Colorado Springs and a member
of the board of directors for the National Association of
Evangelicals.

Devlin
Donaldson
Non-traditional
and Relational Marketing, Leadership Development
Devlin’s
creative leadership and his pioneering work in organizational
innovation have made him a recognized pacesetter in the
nonprofit sector. He has utilized his extensive experience
in traditional techniques (direct mail, major donor, etc.),
non-traditional approaches (partnerships with leading speakers
and musicians, implementing continuity and affinity programs,
develop profitable volunteer programs, etc.) and product
development strategies to help many organizations maximize
their potential.
Former
Director of Development and Marketing with Compassion International,
where he worked for nearly two decades, Devlin has also
authored books and numerous articles. He has a master’s
degree in counseling from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
and is a member of the Christian Management Association’s
national board of directors.

Karl
Schaller
Integrated
Marketing, Strategic Planning, Brand Development, Product
Development
Karl
Schaller comes to The Elevation Group with over twenty years
in executive marketing and product roles in organizations
such as the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Xerox
Corporation, Tyndale House Publishing and David C. Cook,
where he helped launch several national best-selling products
and brands.
In
1999, Karl helped form The LegacyRoad Group marketing agency.
There, among other roles , he served as chief marketing
officer for the product divisions of Billy Graham Evangelistic
Association and Campus Crusade for Christ. Karl has pursued
graduate study and degrees from Loyola University of Chicago,
Wheaton College and The University of Chicago Graduate School
of Business focusing on marketing and strategic planning.

brand development, and product development for The Elevation

Tim
Gunsolley
Major
Donor Development, Executive Coaching, Strategic Marketing
Tim
brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit executive
management to The Elevation Group. Tim has served as CEO,
COO, VP of Development, and other positions of leadership
for organizations in fields as diverse as global literature
distribution, the arts, higher education, and community
organizations. His experience includes integrated marketing
strategies, capital campaigns, radio acquisition, volunteer
management, relational fundraising, and producing events
raising a million dollars.
In
the world of non-profit ministries, Tim has been an active
speaker and event host for more than 10 years. As the COO
of a global literature distribution ministry, Tim launched
a capital growth campaign enabling programming expansion
in more than 50 countries. As VP of Development for Cook
International, the missions arm of David C. Cook, Tim and
his team increased contributions by 400% in the first four
years of his tenure. His work has taken him to Brazil, China,
Cuba, Egypt, France, India, Israel, Nepal, and Vietnam.
In
the arts community, Tim served on the American Symphony
Orchestra League National Council. His creative leadership
expanded programming for the community, increased wages
for orchestra musicians, retired years of debt, and placed
the organizations on a solid financial footing. Tim also
spearheaded the funding and management of a stage renovation
at a local performing hall and the establishment of a summer
concert series in Traverse City, Michigan.
Tim’s
passion is to identify partnerships between the funding
needs of ministries with the resources of major donors.
In 2008, Tim created and founded Gift Mapping Strategies,
the first coaching program designed for development professionals.
The Elevation Group is pleased to offer Gift Mapping Strategies
as one of its tools to achieve growth for its clients.
Tim
serves on the board of Vision Quest Alliance and attends
North Springs Alliance Church in Colorado Springs with his
wife and his two children. He received his M.A. from Columbia
College in Chicago and his B.A. from Trinity International
University in Deerfield, Il. He’s always open to discussing
ministry matters over a game of golf!

Aaron
Atwood, Account Director
Project
Management, Strategic Planning, Foundation and Development
Research
Aaron
is a translator. He turns complex ideas and concepts into
easy to understand marketing and fundraising language. Aaron
has written hundreds of articles for magazines, newspapers
and the internet. He has over a decade of experience helping
non-profit organizations meet their goals.
As
a writer for Focus on the Family, Aaron became knowledgeable
and active in the field of public policy and social reform
where he worked with the most influential people in America
’s policy circles. As a manager for ThyssenKrupp Elevators,
the second largest manufacturer of vertical transportation
in the world, Aaron managed operations for the Southern
Colorado branch, with earnings of more than $12 million
per year. Aaron's diverse background has helped him raise
several million dollars over the past five years at The
Elevation Group.
Aaron
holds a B.A in English from the University of Colorado.
He sits on the Board of Directors with Christian Leadership
Alliance's local chapter and the Pikes Peak Links.

Megan
Rieger
Project
Management, Foundation Grant Administration and Special
Projects
Megan’s
attention to detail and excellent writing and research skills
help our clients improve their publications and communication
with donors, draft foundation grant requests, and find matching
funding organizations among the thousands of foundation
prospects. She is involved in the project oversight of client's
external communication vehicles, including books, websites,
brochures, invitations, and other marketing pieces.
Before
graduating from college, Megan had worked or volunteered
for several nonprofit organizations. These experiences give
her an insider’s perspective on the unique challenges and
joys charitable organizations face on a day-to-day basis.
Her personal involvement with non-profits run the gamut
from refugee resettlement to hospice care.
A
magna cum laude graduate from Whitworth College, Megan studied
journalism and mass communication and English. Megan is
also a nationally published freelance writer.
